Username First Initial + Last Name
Password: 5 Digit Unit Number OR 4 Digit if you have a Parking / Covered Space
All unit numbers are stored in our system using 5 digits. If your unit does not have 5 digits, you will need to use preceding zeroes. If you have a parking space, then it’s always going to be 00-** (whatever your space number is = **)
Example:
John Smith's Unit number is 440
John's Username: jsmith
John's Password: 00440
John Smith's parking space is 00-25
John's Username: jsmith
John's Password: 00-25
John Smith's covered space is CS3
John's Username: jsmith
John's Password: CS0-3
